working towards being a life athlete. I have done around 700 sessions in the gym but not once have I thought about checking my form, it has mainly been for aesthetics. As I see around me my friends getting various injuries, I have reflected that I should be training to build strength but most importantly mobility. How should we be moving and what mobility exercises will help to alleviate pain. Although this is not fun and for sure not trendy, this is what will help lead towards a pain free life.
